Return Conditions

  • Return window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Return postage: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.

  • Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., intimate apparel, earrings, beauty products) and personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us: Email support@janeandrose.co.uk to register your return.

  2. Pack securely: Place items in their original (or suitably protective) packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation.

  3. Send your parcel: We’ll provide the returns address and any additional instructions when your return is authorised.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 7 working days for processing (timing may vary by your bank or payment provider).

Exchanges

  • We don’t currently offer direct exchanges.

  • If you’d like a different item, please place a new order and return the original for a refund.

Returns Address

  • The returns address will be provided upon request or when you contact us to arrange your return.
